1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be subject to delays; however, we will notify you via email in such instances.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped; you can check your real-time shipping status via the carrier's official website or through your account on our website.
Important Note: Please ensure that the recipient's address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the customer.

3. International Shipping

Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx
We ship to select international regions (please confirm specific countries/regions during checkout).
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days (depending on customs clearance procedures and logistics conditions in the destination country).
Tracking: Full tracking is available for shipments to certain countries/regions, while others may only provide partial tracking information.
International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control; while we will assist in investigating such issues, we cannot be held liable for any resulting consequences.

4. Orders with Multiple Items & Combined Shipping

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages; however, the total processing time remains within 1–3 business days.
We will provide a separate tracking number for each package.

To ensure safe and smooth delivery, please avoid entering incorrect or unconventional addresses when placing your order.
